Dr. Cheruba Dhanaraj, a.k.a. Dr. D, is the executive partner and principal consultant with an impressive track record of over 20 years in the industry. Her talent acquisition, psychometric assessments, organizational development, consulting, and psychotherapy expertise have benefited organizations and individuals in India, the Middle East, and the United States.
Dr. D has an unparalleled ability to assess organizational needs and develop creative sourcing strategies, resulting in a remarkable 95% success rate of placing candidates in C-suite executive roles. Having founded and successfully run a talent acquisition consulting company in the United Arab Emirates in the mid-2000s, Dr. D was one of the few women entrepreneurs of her time in that region. Her exceptional abilities and knowledge have helped organizations grow and thrive, making her a trusted advisor to many.
Dr. D is a lifelong learner. She’s earned a Ph.D. in Counseling and holds three master’s degrees in business management, Counseling Psychology, and Research, respectively. Her passion for learning and growth allows her to stay current with industry trends and best practices. In her leisure time, Dr. D enjoys traveling with her family, trying new Indian fusion foods, and spending time with her parents while indulging in a warm cup of chai.
David Anderson
David Anderson brings extensive experience as a startup founder, advisor and consultant in the areas of business and education. His background encompasses leadership and advisory roles in both for-profit and non-profit organizations in multiple spaces, including edtech, insurtech, HRtech, college admission, college counseling, intellectual property development, and church leadership.
With a passion for executive search, David has over three decades of similar recruitment, selection, placement, and retention experience in multiple college admission and enrollment management roles. In all of these endeavors, David’s work has been guided by his understanding that diverse teams produce innovative outcomes.
Bringing a broad cultural perspective to his executive search work, David’s cosmopolitan outlook stems from a combination of formative years in New York City and significant domestic and international exposure. Moreover, David is a self-admitted news junkie, keeping a well-informed eye on local, regional, national and world affairs.
David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Hartwick College and a Master of Science in Higher Education Leadership from Syracuse University. David currently lives in Kalamazoo, Michigan with his wife, Diane, and their Golden Retriever, Dory.
